Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and blood-thinning medications like aspirin or ibuprofen for 24-48 hours before the procedure. 

Semi-permanent brows healing typically takes about 4-6 weeks.

Do's:

• Keep the area dry: Avoid getting the brows wet for the first 10 days - 2 weeks, especially during the first 24-48 hours. 

• Gentle cleaning: Use a damp cotton pad to clean the area 2-3 times a day for the first week.  

• Avoid picking or scratching: Allow the skin to heal naturally and avoid picking at any scabs or flakes. 

• Sleep with a clean pillowcase: This helps prevent rubbing and irritation. 

Don'ts:

• No water on the brows: Avoid getting water, lotion, soap, or makeup on the brows for the first 10 days. 

• Avoid sun exposure: Protect the brows from direct sunlight, tanning beds, saunas, and steam rooms for at least a week. 

• No intense exercise: Avoid activities that cause excessive sweating. 

• No makeup: Avoid applying any makeup to the brow area for at least 72 hours. 

• No harsh chemicals or treatments: Avoid products containing retinols, chemical peels, and laser treatments in the area.
